I think I am going to go the route of the quick hitch, but I was wondering what everyone uses/prefers specifically for the BX 1880? Is the QH05 going to be good? Or should I invest in the QH15?

I bought one of these from Good Works Tractor. The adjustable top link hook comes in handy when hooking up to my wc-68 chipper.Either should work as long as you're ok with a non adjustable top hook. I'd suggest saving a bit of money and just get a speeco E-hitch. It's likely half the cost of the LandPride and does the same thing. However, it has an adjustable top hook.
I have one and it works just fine.

if it's not in stock, you can buy them elsewhere as well.
Of course, the QH is made for those of us who have only QH compatible implements.I gave up on my QH and bought Pat's. I only have three 3-pt implements, but the QH width wouldn't work will them all. Plus the nuisance of having to put bushings on all the pins (because my QH has CAT-3 sized hooks even though it's a CAT-1 rated QH)... I don't swap implements that often and I think I like the Pat's system better.
Understood. Slower in theory, but in my limited experience/fleet, "quick-hitch compatible" hasn't turned out to be as universal as I would have expected. I suspect it's true if you're buying everything from one manufacturer, otherwise it's not all smooth.Pat’s is slower in comparison assuming you have QH implements. For example, I never have to put a pin in the top link with a QH.
That's why I recommended the Speeco E Hitch. No bushings needed as it IS truly CAT 1. At $300 including shipping, not sure how you could do better.I gave up on my QH and bought Pat's. Well, decided to go with the Pat’s system, my time is worth a few extra minutes if that’s what it takes, then I also can feel more comfortable not being stuck buying only one “implement” company!Understood. I have the BX2380 (very similar) and the QH05. I have a few Land Pride attachments and I have also rented a few others (a tiller and rotary cutter) and the QH05 has worked great! No issues.I think I am going to go the route of the quick hitch, but I was wondering what everyone uses/prefers specifically for the BX 1880? Is the QH05 going to be good? I went with Pat's...Orange of course! I think they'll work just fine....Doggo approved.I had a QH05 on the BX and currently have a QH10 and QH15. I only bought the QH15 from a dealer in Sheridan, WY because it was significantly cheaper than the QH10 at the local dealer. Personally I don't care for the adjustable top hook on the QH15.
Very cool and yep, pup approved! I don't know much about the PATS system or the advantages.I went with Pat's...Orange of course! I think they'll work just fine....Doggo approved. View attachment 87829 View attachment 87830 View attachment 87831 View attachment 87832
