I got these installed today. Simple install and didn’t hit any issues. Can’t wait for an excuse to use them. First off they will be used to connect my homemade snowpusher to the bucket. I will probably end up painting them in the near future.

In my case, and I am not sure why, I used a slip hook in the middle. I guess maybe because I can pull tension on the chain, and grab the chain with one of the grab hooks, like you have.
A center hook can keep chain forces on the center of the loader frame, helping to prevent bending of something. I guess you could do something else to accomplish the same goal, but not nearly as quickly and simply as having a center hook.
I use a binding hook in the middle, not a slip - I use the middle hook 50% of the time, the two outside hooks work well when a larger object needs to be bound to the bucket.
I like the fact that you have the rings on the inside of the bucket, that is perfect to pull from when needed and having the protection of the bucket in case something were to "snap" - the bucket can add a wall protection.
