Purchased a BX25d 2 weeks ago and they told me they would deliver it in a couple days, that they are waiting on a mower attachment. I said ok but now its been 2 weeks and they are now telling me that it could be July before the deck is in.
I asked why not go ahead and deliver the tractor so I can use it for other things and then bring the mower when it arrives. They said we don't normally do that.
I'm getting a little aggravated and about ready to cancel my purchase and go find another tractor some place else.
Is this normal practice? I would think good customer service would be to deliver the tractor immediately and then bring the mower when it arrives. I could deal with that. Any suggestions?
