You have a blown pump seal.

Is it a stock FEL?

You also will need to check pressures to make sure the relief valve is working properly. ;)

Your probably right. How would I go about finding the correct way. I really know nothing about troubleshooting something like this.
Post some pictures of the piping to and from the FEL valve. ;)

Note: You will need 5 posts to upload pictures. :)

Are we talking about the engine dip stick, or the transmission dip stick?

If it's the transmission, I would check the vent. If it's the engine, then Wolfman's got that covered.

Ok, my apologies for bad info, not a pump seal issue!

Now for the transmission dipstick issue, new O-ring's on the dipstick if it's not tight in the tube.

Check the vent and make sure it's clean.

Could be foaming of the fluid, this can be caused by a leaking suction line (you might not see fluid, or a slight amount seeping leak on the hose or fittings), or water in the fluid.

When was the last fluid and filter change?
What fluid and filter did you use?
Is it stored inside or outside?

Fluid and filter was changed about 4 months ago and used all Kabota parts and fluids. It stays outside in barn or shed. There’s also a rubber hose running down around gas tank that fluid come out of it to. Thinking this is the vent tube.

The fluid and filter and cleaned the screens were changed last week,I usely use kubota fluid, but sence it blowing it back out I put 303 fluid this time to see what happen, still blows it out ,a tube comes down from the top of trans by the brake peddle think is the vent ,the fluid comes out it more often ,but if you pull the trans dip stick out it will come out of it ,this happens after the tractor has been used for a while

NO, 303 is really bad for that system!
You could do damage to the HST!

Yes the front vent is the Clutch case vent.

If it's blowing fluid out of both of those vents there is a serious air entrainment issue going on, or yes we are going to go back to the FEL could be piped wrong causing a fluid path issue.

The fel was used nearly a year before this issue started,by the way when I cleaned screens last week I found a very small piece of green rubber, did this come from a seal in the pump

More likely a suction hose that is breaking down on the inside, and that is your air leak.

The fel slowly leaks down when it is raised could that be the trouble
Nope that's a pressure side leak, I'm talking about a suction side leak.
I will post pics in a bit of the two lines that you need to look at.

There is 2 different Hydraulic line variations on that model, you will have to see which one you have.

Major difference is one variation has a filter screen and other had a spin on filter.

If you have the model variation with the filter screen, they are known to clog up in the inside screen, while the outside looks clean, might consider just replacing it, along with the O-rings.

If you have the model variation with the spin on filter, are you sure the old gasket or any other material is not preventing it from sealing properly?

Check all lines and connections for soft or wet spots, sometimes the wet spot will be very small, if it's dirty steam clean / pressure wash it clean, dry, then run, then look for wet locations.

Would still also like to see pictures of the loader hydraulic lines because your issue could also in that setup.
