I guess if one views it from a US political perspective that is understandable for roughly 50% of the US population currently.
I watched the first 16 minutes or so, and I might watch more out of curiosity.
I wonder how that video might be viewed if it was about a guy named John Smith, from Canada, rather than somebody else?

I’ve always thought of “propaganda” defined as “information, especially of a biased or misleading nature, used to promote or publicize a particular political cause or point of view”its 8 yr old propaganda from BBC
But this film appears to be entirely of a factual and truthful series of events. Both sides are presented throughout…. ( easily confirmed, if the entirety is watched.)
I was just amused that the old man got that tractor to RUN again! (and it’s only necessary to fast-forward to the 45 minute area…. which is why I posted that detail…if you want to see it run.…. you don’t have to watch the whole thing.)

edit: the title of linked video certainly has no bias, and the director of said video from 2016 certainly isn’t a washed up bbc journalist with a hard on for President Trump.
