I am new to the forum, but looking to buy a new L3901 (4wd, HST, R4 tires, with HD 66" quick attach bucket). I am on about 8 acres of relatively flat, non-irrigated grass pasture. I was looking to purchase the Land Pride RCR1272 and BB1272 as well. I live in Utah at about 6700' so will be doing some snow removal, but nothing too crazy. Any thoughts as to the set up? After considering some other tractors I think Kubota is the way to go, and after talking with a few dealers the best deal I was able to negotiate was $23,000 for the tractor, loader, rotary cutter, and box scraper. Any thoughts on price?

Local dealer had a price 18,999 for a packaged deal on the l3901 (set up similar without the quick connect bucket), a trailer, and rotary cutter. Didn't last long. Noticed it on there website. Two days later, it was gone  I'm thinking they had a last years model they needed to unload before they took a beating on it.

If you google Kubota Package there are a few dealers that have packages online. Seems like they are between $24k-25k without the quick detach leoader but with a trailer. I would guess the trailer is worth $4-5k. Print a few of those out and bring it to your dealer for comparison. Here is one...
