I've done just that, many times. Usually when I'm price shopping, I'm already past the window of waiting.

There's a website called "Camel Camel Camel", linked to Amazon that basically alerts you of best price currently, and price drops.

Within $1 of OEM blades. (K5617-34330). $21.03 ea at coleman's. Glad I stocked up on them, also glad I don't use them up very often. A set lasts me several seasons (usually).
