Would like to power wash under side of my RCK60B23BX mower deck. Anyone see a problem with damage to bearings or fittings?

You should be fine. Obviously don't hold the pressure for super long close to the spindles and center of pulleys. I own a lawn service company and have been pressure washing underneath decks for 10 years with zero failures.

Also, let it completely air dry.

I always just scraped them with a putty knife. I had some Fluid Film for plows and buckets and thought I would try it on the mower deck. I used to scrap off more than a 5 gallon bucket of grass crap. After Fluid Film, I could hold the debris in one hand... It was mainly near the shafts the rest was clean. I'll tell you the difference was so dramatic if I read this I wouldn't believe it. However seeing is believing...

If you wash the deck out with water once you finish turn the blades on to spin the water out.

I use a pressure washer on my zero turn deck 2-3 times a year without issue. For good measure, I grease the spindles afterwards. I have 1400 hours on the original spindles.

Spraying the deck with silicone after washing and letting it dry helps to keep the grass from sticking and makes it easier to wash.
