I have no problem making left hand turns, but making right hand turns is the problem. When I first start the tractor, the problem isn't that bad, but the longer it runs the worst it gets. I've checked all the hydraulic lines and no leaks. Under the steering wheel is a round cylinder that has the right and left in and out lines attached. I guess you would call that cylinder a valve. Has anyone ever had this problem or have any advice.

Your cylinder should be serviceable, take it off and take to a hydraulic repair shop.
