Post hole auger

Anybody have any luck running post hole augers on compact tractors?

I've just got my B7001 and was hoping to pick up an auger for it.

It seems to me that the 3 pt hitch is pretty small. I grew up with much bigger tractors and seeing the back of this one has me a little concerned on what it can handle.

Any thoughts?

Hey Howald. When I bought my b7200 it had been used for drilling post holes for a fencing company. It was 15 years old when I got it. So yes you can probably use an auger on your tractor, but Service dept Vic or Mr K. will have to help you with specific make model etc. good luck. dusty-t
