I'm wanting to plow my garden with my BX1860. It came with turf tires not aggressive. Has anyone plowed with a BX1860 with a single row plow without aggressive tires?

replacing the rim/tires will be $$$$$

4WD with chains? might be a low cost fix, single 12" or 14" ?
