I watched the first few episodes of the Amazon Prime series FallOut.

Having played and gotten immersed into the various renditions of the Bethesda games, for YEARS. I am rating this series at about 60 percent good.

Check out Dopesick on Hulu and like most of them give it a couple episodes before deciding

The props/sets were extremely accurate.

I was "meh" on the story.

Walton Goggin is the only reason I'm watching it, plus I like dystopian apocalypse movies.

Finished the first season. It's not bad.

If you've played the game for years, you will understand.

Folks that didn't play the game may be confused or turn it off.

The games focus more on righteous goals. The Brotherhood, the NCR and the clans (clans not seen in the series), are secondary in the games. But not in the series.

If you didn't play the game you'd think the Brotherhood and the NCR were the same. Not true in the games.

Primary star, the Vault 33 female, her eyes are almost so large that they might be Japanese CG. Can't help but love her.

Groggins does a good singular but dual role job. He does it very well.

The left-woke stuff was there but not too much in your face. Acceptable, considering todays Hollywood.

The closing scene of New Vegas was inspiring.

That'd be me. I turned it off about the time the ghoul was dug up (much as I like Walter Goggins).

Apocalyptic movies I like. Zombies an ghouls not so much. My point of view is that a post-nuclear war world is a distinct possibility, zombies are just silly.

Would you prefer super mutants?

I'll take my chances with feral ghouls. In VATS.
