Hmmm ... I keep getting an error message when I try to upload a photo. It happened on one occasion a week or so ago and now it's happening constantly. I uploaded photos yesterday without trouble but not today.

Why yes I'll take 1, 2, or 3 of those!
I think the issue is file size. Often, if I capture a screen on my Android phone and crop the image, the file size increases. The cropped file won't upload but the unedited file will.Hmmm ... Hey ... it worked! But only if it's an unedited image file straight off my phone. The ones I edit using Photoshop aren't working at the moment.
Added in edit: I reduced the size of the image using Paint rather than Photoshop and was able to upload that image (shown below). Something is weird with my old version of Photoshop that has worked for many, many years.

I've been resizing images for decades using Photoshop so it's not that. I take a file that's 2.7 MB and after sizing it I end up with a file that's around 680 kB. Typically the image starts out at 4000 pixels x 2252 pixels @ 72 pixels/inch. I resize it to 720 pixels x 405 pixels @ 100 pixels/inch. I think the file was corrupted in some way by Photoshop. I'm using Photoshop 6.0 which is an ancient version, but it was cutting edge when I started using it decades ago. It's always worked well until recently so perhaps my PC or the program, or both, are on the way out.I think the issue is file size.
