Personalised plates are not really a thing here. All plates must follow the format YEAR-COUNTY-NUMBER and the font is set too. So if I buy a car now it will be 182 (the 2 signifies that the car was bought after July) MO 1234

Our normal Idaho plates are county letter first,(number before it if there is other counties, and they are numbered alphabetically) then sequential number after that, as such
7BXXXXX
The 7B is Bonner county, just to the north 9B Boundary county just to the south Kootenai County they only have the K as they are the only K county in the state.
To the east is another state Montana and to the west is another state Washington.

I remember one on a Porsche from 38 years ago. It read: URNVS.

Didn't know the owner but figured he was quite possibly a d!ck!!!

I saw one on the 4 lane, it was on a sleek looking Vett and a young Lady drive it, Plate said it all.... NOT HIS
