I live in the US and have two stabilizer bars that I don’t use. With the clevis pin type hitch arms, I rarely have to adjust my width. I tried using the bar when I first put Pat’s hitches on my old tractor (Long 510) and usually ended up bending them. I used a bungee cord to keep the arms stable while connecting instead. When I got an L4600, the arms rarely have to be adjusted. Just sayin’, not really worth using IMO.

Building one would be simple enough. If your implements are the same width it doesn't even have/need to be adjustable.

Yeah, if it flops to the middle, it may be useful for you for alignment. It’s not made to stay on after you connect the implement, just to keep the arms in place to hitch up. It connects to the Pat’s hitch temporarily.

Building one would be simple enough. If your implements are the same width it doesn't even have/need to be adjustable.

so far on the back, I have my box blade, 54” snowblower, and 50” tiller all new from kubota. My rear mower is some really old beast, and I have a 3pt hitch bracket. the Mower and. Hitch are built in pin style the dealer items are all removable style pins. Its a fight to try to line up the 2 ball ends on the 3pt and lift at the same time.

I wasn't referring to the width of the implement but rather the hitch points. I do agree that you absolutely need the bar. If you were closer, I would give you one of mine.

makes sense.

i went out to the garage and what I want to do wont work. I didn’t think about the pto shaft being in the way. New guy ism..... I out to take a second look. I see why it’s temporary on the pats hitch. I was hoping to use it to replace the rear pins.

As you found out, it is only used until the Pat's engage, then removed before you complete the hookup.

Those are awesome. i was thinking of building something like that but with pipe. wouldn’t be too difficult to weld and drill that in my garage!
