Parts Purchase

Ok all looking for some guidance. Are the aftermarket parts ok or OEM only. I have a blown out steering box for a L185DT and am thinking it will be cheaper to just replace the whole unit rather than gathering all the parts for rebuild. The box froze of course so the case is blown out. I have done some research and found an entire unit from Kumar Bros. and was just wondering. Thnx in advance.

Kumar Brothers in NJ? I haven't dealt with them, but I'll bet if you do a search on the forum, you'll find lots of happy customers. You're shut down until you get it fixed, so getting the unit will be a great solution, if the price doesn't kill you.
