Paint warranty

Wondering if you think this paint flaking off would be covered under warranty. I bought the tractor last July. Or is it worth it going through the dealer even if it is? I imagine they'd just scrape it off a little and hit it with spray paint, what does everybody think?

Pictures? Yes, if it's small then mostly a touch up job. If it's considered a major problem, we would just get it done at a qualified body shop and use their invoice for warranty purposes. This means it still goes through your dealer.
