Couple things, temp guage or sender out of range.would need
a non contact thermometer to verify.

When flushing rad,was there any buildup in cores?
i just had a head gasket fail on a small machine, inside of rad was
slimy, used simple green to flush. Was spotless after.

A faulty rad cap that wont hold pressure will allow lower rad hose to collapse. Reducing flow.

Thats all i got for now.

When you flushed the radiater did you flush/ clean the fins? Could be an air pocket behind the thermostat not allowing the thermostat to open.

On my 1992 B1750 it wasn't that it was overheating, but rather there was a poor connection to the gauge from the printed circuit board. I was all set to buy a temp gun, but I cleaned the connections and it's been reading fine ever since. Jim
