I hope someone can help me....
Didn't know about gray market until it was too late. The orbit motor needs seals (at least) and everyone says they can fix it but want to disassemble it first with no guarantee it will work if they can't find the parts.
I need a parts source or a japanese contact.
Thank you in advance!

google " model number of your orbit motor' ,then see what comes up...
if you get a zillion hits, ask again using better keywords and order

Seals are often not OEM specific. Most seals have an item number, if not dimensions right on the seal. Then go to any bearing/seal supply house and the counter guy will get you want you need.

That's true, but its part of a sealed bearing which is probably also available. The problem is that I'm hesitant to disassemble the motor first. If for some reason I can't get the part it will likely not reassemble and seal at all. A leaky machine is a pain but an excavator that can't swing is scrap metal.
I also tried googling the part as someone suggested and got no results.
