Hi all,
Just rewired a b6200hst. Got it without any wiring harness. Have it running and driving and charging but I think I wired the Oil Pressure switch wrong. When I turn the key on both charging and oil light come on, When starting and running both lights go out. I wasn't sure if I had the right light bulb in the right slot, so I disconnected the Dynamo leads, and found that it was in the right slot as the charging light came on, meaning it wasn't charging. Hooked it back up and proceeded to remove the wire from the Oil Pressure switch, when I did the light didn't come on. Shouldn't it come on with the wire removed mean no oil pressure or am I thinking about this wrong? Never own a Kubota tractor before and don't know if it working right or not. Im thinking I got something wrong. going to look at owner manual again. Cant remember if it said anything about the oil light and the way it works. Any help would be great. Spent a lot of time on the wiring just to have done something wrong.
