I am looking for the part number for the oil pressure sending unit (for the light) for a zl-1801-fd Zen-Noh. I would like to find one locally and would suspect that I could get one from the part store. So if you have a number or the operating ranges that would be helpful.

If needed I can go to the local Kubota dealer if anyone has that part number.

Please let me know if you need any other information.

Thanks in advance for the help.

The original was a 15 to 60 psi sending unit. They don't make that one any more. New one is a 30 to 60psi. You can just tell kubota you need one for an l245, and they can cross reference the number. Dealer should have it in stock. They seem to have used that style sending unit in many different models

Question......

If the old one was 15 to 60 and the new one is a 30 to 60psi wont that mess up the pressure that the light comes on at? now the light will come on at 30 pounds instead of 15. That is a big difference of pressure at idle.

Thoughts?

I think they went with the higher number to give more notice that theres an issue. Another member posted a base line for the same model as yours. It ran at 40psi at an idle, 65 at high rpm. Mine runs about the same when i checked it with a gauge after i fixed a cam shaft plug issue.
