Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but it looks like I may be having the same problem. Does anyone have any pictures of what to look for?

I would think if it was just the o-rings that let go you could be in and out for just the price of the head gasket and o-rings.

I have an extra non-Kubota B6000 ZL600 head gasket that I would let go for the price of mailing and a good beer.
