Any idea where I can download a service manual for my KX121-3SS Excavator? My swing/swivel motor appears to have failed and it's time for a major repair.

Operators Manual is available free online, just google. There are a bunch of sites offering the WSM foe $20 - $30 not sure how valid these sites are, alternatively visit your local dealer and buy it.
I just ordered one for my KX 040, in the long run it's good to have the WSM for all equipment.
