Hearing this odd noise that I’ve never heard before. You can hear it in and out behind the engine idle. Can’t tell if it’s grinding or what.

(well I guess I can’t attach a video…lol)

To my ears, it sounds metallic sometimes and air/hydraulic others.
Is the hydraulic fluid low or old?
Are the filters possibly clogged?
Is there a valve (loader or similar) sticking?

Thoughts.... Anyone else?

Well, your ears are better than mine, all I hear is an engine running.

Although if the noise sounds at all like a woman's voice, I may be subconsciously blocking it, my wife says I don't listen to a thing she says.

Sounds to me like a rattle. Probably some sort of thin metal: sheet metal shield or trim, light weight bracket for wiring or tubing, something like that. If that’s what it is, it’s almost certainly more noticeable at idle than it is at higher RPM and even less noticeable working. I’d start poking around looking for lightweight stuff that could rattle if loose and make sure it’s all snugged up.
