Just when I thought this would be easy she threw a curveball and nailed me in the noggin. I started to take the l2850 apart again to split for oring replacement. When I drained the hydraulic fluid I found some metal chunks in it. They are pretty large steel parts. It looks like the corners of some gear teeth. They are about he size of a bic pin ink cartridge cross section. I didn't find any part numbers so it can't be that bad. I hope to get it split tomorrow after work and see what I can find out. So much for being quick oring change.
