Not all coolant drained from BX

Interesting.
Why such a short coolant change interval then? Even pre extended service interval cars (30 years ago) weren't that frequent. And these don't have aluminum heads on cast iron blocks.

I think the Kubby coolant is weaksauce on the corrosion inhibitor concentration.

Not sure if it's any better, but I was considering switching to Zerex Asian coolant. It's more readily available than going to the orange store.

The only reason I'm thinking of going Asian is because that's what the kids car and the wife's CUV take. The more I can streamline, the better off I am. Sorta like ammo.
