No Start. Trouble code PO 605

New t I this group. I purchased my uncles 2018 L4701 Kubota tractor with loader and backhoe. It has the PO 605 trouble code. I have tested all mini fuses on left side of tractor. I have also pulled the cover over instrument panel to expose the 3 relays on left side of instrument panel and all are good. You turn key to start and nothing. Starter will not work. The ecu above instrument panel starts making " noises" like it is running a test but no starting or engine turn over at all. Battery i took out and charged to 13.6 volts and have a green charged eye on battery and it shows 13.6 volts on multi meter. Really need to get this machine making money. Any help appreciated. Thanks

It has a ECM issue, you're going to need to have dealer work on it.

bad news is , have to have dealer fix it,hopefully won't take a week or a month....busy season
good news, you can write off the repair bill as an expense

Issue:
The engine may fail to start and DTC code P0605 or P0606 may appear.
Solution:
If DTC P0605 is present, replace the engine ECU with the updated engine ECU in the chart below for your unit per the Workshop Manual and carry out a manual DPF regeneration per the Diagnosis Manual.
If only DTC P0606 is present, update the ECU Software to the latest software per the chart below for your unit and clear the DTC codes (The DPK file can be downloaded from the Machine Software page on K-Service).

that’s what kubota pays the dealer under warranty, doesn’t mean it’s fair, techs/dealer usually get screwed.
