Have a b6100 , won't start. New glow plugs, inj pump and lines bled, but won't start. Does not return fuel to tank . Cranks over ok and tries to start. Is this unused fuel supposed to go back via return line, to tank? Thanks to all

It only dumps extra fuel when it needs to, if I remember right only during high rpm did mine spit a little.
If you have bled the lines and got constant fuel flow (in pulses) at the top of the all 3 injectors then it should have fuel, but it could have bad or plugged injectors (rare for a 3 to have died)
What happened before it died? Run out of fuel?
