Nice Service from Coleman Equipment

I've heard great things from both Coleman and Messicks. I placed an order last Sunday night. I ended up going with Messicks, because Coleman did not have stock on one of the items. Price wise, with shipping, it was within a couple of dollars on a $200 order. I had an email already by 9:00 on Monday with tracking information. Order arrived in WI on Wednesday. I'm sure I would have had similar service, had I decided to order from Coleman (if all was in stock).

That's the nice thing with them being close to us. Mail order from time they ship to the door is less then 24 hours 
most of the time I noticed that it takes about 24 hours for them to put the order together and get it shipped. But ordering monday, and having it on Wednesday is pretty darn good in my book.

I had an unusual experience this week. I normally get Kubota "stuff" from Coleman because they are close and have most items.
I need some engine parts for a Kawasaki engine in a TG 1860G. Coleman showed three parts discontinued. So I told them I was not ordering any of the items until they could contact Kawasaki and determine if they were if fact discontinued. That was a week ago yesterday. I haven't heard back yet, and I even talked to another of the parts guys and he left a sticky note on the first guys monitor.
Well, I found out was Kawasaki's part numbers were for those parts. Found them all over the internet.
I contacted Repair Clinic in Canton, MI. Talked to the gal and ordered all but two items which she said would be 7-12 days out. I paid for it all on a Tue. and in was at my door Thur. Shipping was $9.95 with FedEx Ground. Those folks know how to please a customer!

They have ALL kinds of parts, appliance, lawn mowers, AC...with 365 day returns.
