Kubota 2410, RC60-24B, FL1000- kubota hydrolic front snow blade- plug aerator
John Henry picked up a 15 gallon poly tank sprayer with a 14 GPM demand pump. That was it... so we set out one to make it portable, configured for a spray bar and direct adjustable wand.
So we set out to scrounge and bogart "things" to make this happen. The neighbor gave us a three point hitch/ 2"receiver attachment. We scarfed up his daughter's 2" receiver luggage carrier, and built a spray bar with three nozzles. The three nozzles allow the pump to run at max output without cycling the pressure switch.
To power the sprayer I utilized the 20 amp work lamp auxiliary circuit. The single pole toggle switch and LED indicator light was mounted just behind three point slot in the fender. Now this is where the McGuiver thingy comes into play. The male and female electrical plugs that mate the tractor with the sprayer is a standard flat four automotive trailer plug in. I used the white (- ground) and the brown ( + tail light) leads for the 12 V tractor/sprayer connection. It works beautifully !
The sprayer can be removed from the three point hitch receiver and mounted to any vehicle that has a 2" receiver. The sprayer plugs into the flat four connection on the vehicle and is controlled by turning on the vehicles tail lights...
