I just purchased a new L2501 Tractor with a front loader and bush hog and I'm looking for recommendations on all the lubricants I'll need to maintain my equipment. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

OYE, please use search for oils or fluids.
Top right magnifying glass.
This gets hashed over all the time, and it's a source of great debate.
Get the OPS manual and WSM if you don't have them yet.
It will answer 3/4 of your questions.

Some 0, 5 or 10w30 or 0,5,10w40 oil for the engine. SUDT2 for the HST if it has it. GL5 oil for the bush hog gear box. Don't use the 15w40 crap.

Welcome.
Just about any diesel rated engine oil. I like Rotella T6 5W-40
Kubota SUDT2 in tranny and front axle.
I use Kubota filters for both.
BTW, if you put your full model # in your data, it'll help folks help you.

Your dealer should have provided you with the owners manual for your specific tractor. Follow the recommendations found therein.

Poplarvilleman - another 100 responses may follow, but this is the best advice in a nutshell.

Most important is that all the places that need lubricant have it.
There are so many grease zerks that some get missed.
Also many of these get delivered with low front axle fluid so check that too.

I found 8 zerks on the tractor, and 14 on the LA525 loader.
If you find more please say so. :)

For me.....I use the one my Kubota dealer sells me when I go in and say "I need fluids for my B2601". Doesn't seem any more expensive than reasonable quality fluids from other places. And they know my climate and they know my tractor.

Grease is probably more important. I use hi-speed grease in everything, because I have only one grease gun. I figure hi speed grease won't mind going low speed. But low speed grease won't go well high speed.

Better to grease too much than too little. Grease isn't expensive. And it also means you're spending time going over your equipment, which is useful too. I'm probably greasing once a month, and I'm doing around 10 hours a month, mostly mowing. My loader gets used a lot less, it's probably getting greased once every 3 months, which is more than it probably needs given use.

Thoroughly read and understand your manual. The lube specs are clearly shown there.
I use only Kubota Premium UDT (Canada version of SUDT) in the hydraulic reservoir/tranny, and the front axle.
Only Kubota filters - 5 of them - hyd sump, hst, and engine oil filters, air and fuel filters.
Engine oil I switched from Kubota 10W-30 semi-synth diesel engine oil to Rotella T6 5W-40.
U use Lucas X-tra HD grease for everything.
Climate can make a dif mostly with engine oil viscosity choices. The 5W-40 I'm using now seems to help the tractor start and run overall smoother than the 10W-30 given our temperature extremes that normally span -30C to +30C over the year.
