Newbie purchaser of M7060 with a LA1154 bucket. Going over my fluid level check after running the loader for an hour and wondered if you check the hydraulic fluid level when the engine is warm or cold? My level is very difficult to see on the stick and sighting down the fill hole, I see no fluid. Really hard to see the fluid on the stick.

I usually check mine cold before starting for the day. If it’s hard to see, you can use a flashlight. Usually, I can just see it. Sounds like you might be a little low.

Do it before starting, cold. Feel the stick (both sides) for oil if you cannot see anything

Use a clean shop towel or similar. Dab the dipstick onto your towel rather than wiping dipstick. Keep visual on the dipstick and towel in alignment to help confirm the fluid level on dipstic. If you can follow my jargon…lol
