Ok, dealer where I purchased (again, over 3 hours away) had me bring pressure up to 40psi (max pressure stamped on sidewall is 35psi).

Initially lots of liquid leaking and in a minute the leaking stopped. Brought up to 40psi again and held pressure ok.

They recommend 14psi in each rear...that's now where it sits with no leaking. I did drive a minute or two and no leak.

We'll see...I'm going out of town and will report back next week.

If it's not seated by now, there is an issue. Inflating more, or deflating and driving around isn't going to do it. Most tires are popped on the rim with LESS than sidewall rated pressure. (Some high performance vehicles are the exception. AMG comes to mind at 100 psi)

Back from golfing in Palm Springs. The dealer's suggestion worked...the tire sealed, no liquid leaking and tire is holding pressure.
