Just picked up a BB1272 for leveling and grading up on the Upper 40 Ac. Raining now and have to sit and think about how to attack it.

Very nice. I have a EA 60" that I pull with my B2650 and it is an amazing tool. When you get the cut angle just right, they are like magic.
I hope so, I'll start to put it to work tomorrow after the rain we've had. Sure can't be any worse than the 10 Ton Pistenbully and Mogul Master set up I've run to Groom Snowmobile trails and I can get them flat.

Nice! I have moved more dirt with my box blade than all my other implements combined. Short learning curve, but then really useful. Post some pics when you get rolling.
I like the looks of that. I have 40 acres and woudl love to carve a trail inside the fence line to inspect it or run the fenceline with my Kawasaki Mule. That looks good. I have wood debris, I see the toothed part, I assume that will clear up the wood debris?

The rippers usually are used to break up hard ground, but will often work to scrape up other stuff too.
If you use the shanks a lot like I do, you may want to beef up the teeth.
On mine, I have to put a couple welds on the ripper shank teeth. They come pressed on. Up here with all the rock the teeth come off easy. A small weld on each side and they will stay on until they need to be replaced.
Sometimes I will make multiple passes with just the shanks to break it up and pull all the rocks out.
