Hello Orange Tractor. This is my first Kubota. Been wrenching on tractors and autos for 35 years. Bought this mower as a non runner but with only 570 hours on the working clock. I have it running now and am working through other things.
My question here is whether there is an easy way to remove the headlight assembly to change the bulb without unbolting and tipping the whole column. Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
And I have to say I am really impressed with the build of this machine. I have been driving Ford tractors for a long time, and the build quality of this little machine rivals any other machine I've owned.

Doesn't look like there is an easy way to get to it.

Is there anyone on the forum that can share any wisdom on the column. I removed the 4 bolts that I can find going to the column. 2 under the front edge and 2 at the base facing the seat. Column still doesn't move.

If I remember correctly, you remove #20&#30 bolts and raise the cone.

Other Mod (NIW) added:

2 (020) up from the bottom, 2 (030) in the back bottom.

Thanks whitetiger. Got all 4 of those out and it didn't budge. I saw after I put it back together that there are also two at the top of the column. I'll pull all 6 and see what happens.

I got all 6 bolts out finally> I was missing the 2 at the top of the column. I was able to tip the entire column back but only a bit. I could see that a previous owner had done a bit of disassembly and left the inner portion of the headlight minus bulb just dangling in there. Once I saw that I just bolted it all back together. I'll disassemble again later as time permits and investigate further.
