Hello. I bought a BX2200 with LA211 FEL and belly mower. It has 500 hours, but some things have been neglected and I'm trying to fix all the issues.

1. Oil pressure lamp not lighting. Is it a simple system where that sending unit is a N.C. switch that opens with oil pressure? If so, then I may have a bad bulb, or sending unit. Any other ideas?

2. Turn signals don't work at all, but 4 way flashers do. Ideas?

Thanks. I'm sure I'll have more issues as time goes on.
Best regards,
MikeC

You can check the bulb by removing it and looking at the filament. If it's still intact the bulb should work... or double check it by giving it juice, if it glows, it's good! Then you know it's either the sender or the wire itself causing the issue.

Turn signals likely use a different flasher relay than the flashers do. Bad relay could cause the problem. It could also be a bad switch in your signal arm...

On most vehicles, cars, tractors trucks etc, the bulb check is available by turning the key to the "on" position at which point all bulbs should light up to show you they are working.
