Thank you for that. I'm trying to let it bounce off of me but gesh....rude.
If you think the comments on this thread are rude, you'll probably want to turn off the comments on your YT channel at least until you figure out your YT niche.

I watched part of the 'I hate massimo' ,curious who 'massimo' is (Ok a snowblower ? ) then I saw she was DRIVING while filming herself !!!
click...end of watching
I guess it's legal in whatever state she's in but it's super dangerous, especially in winter.

Don’t know what video you watched but the one I saw was a person in a black knit hat standing on the porch of a house…

I’m at least moderately impressed by anyone with the chutzpah to video and post their admittedly rookie, figuring it out on the fly, projects. Then posting it both for all the world to see and for know nothing keyboard warriors and veteran operators to slice and dice with a mixture of sage advice and foolishness.

It’s kind of a shame YT and cheap digital video recorders weren’t around 47 years ago when my father taught me to back a trailer by giving me a 30 second verbal explanation then leaving me in the woods with a 9N and two wheel trailer to back about 100’ through a serpentine labyrinth of small trees to get it from a trail to a tree we were cutting up for firewood. He walked home for lunch telling me not to tear anything up and he’d be back with my lunch in about an hour or so, but he couldn’t watch so just get it done before he got back. 45 minutes later I got it done and would have been perfectly comfortable backing that rig through a Chik-Fil-A drive through after a Little League game. That would have made a video I’d watch.

Actually I’d definitely watch a video of 10 year old kid backing a 10’ off-road trailer through a Chick-Fil-A drive through with a 9N.

Here you go sir. Lets try to be a happy kitty :)
Glad you got the link posted. I though I had some ad block keeping me for participating.

You've earned the right to do what you want, if folks don't like it so be it. Just let them be.

Dealing with media personalities takes training. Mike Tyson said, "Social media has made y'all get way too comfortable with disrespecting people without getting punched in the face."

Kari,
I'll applaud your efforts to film for the masses, too much for me.
Some simple criticism / advice.

You really shouldn't do anything that illegal or generally viewed as unsafe!
E.G. Driving and Filming.

Watch the language, yes it's normal to do, but in a info video it stings when you hear it.

You really should not focus on the negatives of past equipment, and more on the positives of new equipment.
Less knocking, More cheerleading

Learn your Equipment inside and out before you make statements about it.
Kubota Snow blowers have a gearbox, almost all do.

If you didn't get the OPS (operators manual) and the WSM (Service manual) Do!
Read it from front to back and then back to front while standing on your head!
It will help you for years to come.

Have a handful and a pocketful of of shear pins, you will break them, especially is it's packed or iced.

Good luck to you!

Tractor should be in my possession today or tomorrow. I've got lots of snow to clear once it arrives. Hoping I don't screw it up too badly.
Congrats on your new workhorse! Thank you for your service to our rapidly failing USA…
You’ll receive plenty of help on here but many have given YT the boot for their censorship of a “certain” political leaning…I wish you good fortune in your endeavors but won’t be watching any channels. Again, thank you for your service!

Welcome to OTT and congrats on your new Kubota.

Most everyone one here will answer your questions. Everyone here started off not know anything about tractors, some of us it was a long time ago when we learned. And some people forget that they started out not knowing anything.

Thank you for the tips. I will keep all of this in my back pocket and adjust. :) I'm just trying new things and learning. The curve is steep!
