A new MX6000 has a very slow front loader lift, almost 16 seconds from down to full up. I have had this issue with my last MX only when the 3 pt lever is in the full lifted position (which i understand is normal). My loader is acting like the 3pt lever is in the full up position but it is not. any ideas?

Take it to the dealer if you mean it is “new” not just “new to you”. That sounds like a warranty problem to me. There is probably a flow restriction somewhere between the pump to FEL supply or power beyond flow. Or perhaps between the valve and the cylinder for lift.

Do other FEL movements operate at a normal speed?

Does the tractor idle like normal or do you have raise the fuel supply to help it keep up?

Disconnect and reconnect well ALL the quick disconnects on the hydraulic system. Then test it and see if it improves.

You've had this problem with two MX tractors? I haven't had this issue with either MX6000 that I've owned/own. Raising time to full height without a load is 4.4 seconds according to the factory specs. I have no idea what the issue is, particularly since you've experienced it with more than one tractor.

That is not normal under any condition. Your 3pt lever experience was/is caused by an incorrect feed back linkage adjustment.

Slow/weak/sluggish loader is often caused by a downstream problem in the neutral circuit - e.g. that feedback adjustment. Do you have a loader third function, backhoe, or rear remotes on this new tractor?

Dealer installed a Landpride 3rd function valve for the loader, also 2 circuits for the rear. Removed the disconnects and reattached no difference. i did notice oil leakage from the installed landpride valve. will be looking a the valve installation to make sure no hoses are reversed etc.

Bucket curl works fine. Loader down works fine. just loader lift very sluggish. Idle is fine. All disconnected and then reconnected

Those are classic symptoms of a neutral circuit obstruction.

Move bucket to full dump and then simultaneosly curl and lift. Does the lift function work better?

Whixh disconnects did you remove snd reconnect?

Third function works with hoses in either order but there should be no leaks.

Are both remote valves centered

Does the 3pt work?

So the loader worked fine before the dealer installed the 3rd function and rear remotes? Those are not cheap add-ons, so the dealer needs to fix the problem they created, if that's the case.

I have a MX5400 with a cab. I had a similar issue. I found that when the right-side arm rest was down it prevented the control arm from going full back. I raised the arm rest and the loader worked as expected. I keep that arm rest up when using the loader but may adjust it un the spring.

Are you serious?! I have an MX6000HSTC and even with the seat moved all the way forward, there's masses of room between the loader joystick and armrest when the joystick is pulled all the way rearward. Do I really need to go outside and take yet another photo to show that I know what I'm talking about?

Heck, I had to take a photo to convince myself that I wasn't imaging it. Here's the seat all the way forward, the armrest down and the loader joystick pushed all the way rearward.

Seems your armrest is shorter than mine (no offense intended).
Post a photo if you get a chance .... of your long armrest that is. 😂

So, where are we at on the longest armrest?

😆
But seriously, does the armrest in your tractor prevent the loader joystick from being pulled all the way back when the seat is all the way forward (worst case scenario)?

It's simply not an issue in either of my tractors, but I did upgrade the seat in the MX to the Grammer cloth covered air ride version when I ordered the tractor. I gave the factory seat to a member here but don't remember if that seat had longer armrests?. I told the dealer that I wanted all of the parts that came with the tractor and that would be removed in order to install the upgrades. I have the original rear glass in a box in my garage since I ordered rear defrost and wiper.

It will be a couple weeks. I am working in Nebraska for a bit. I will follow-up. Stay tuned :)
I'm interested enough to time the loader on my MX6000HSTC. With a Land Pride STB1596 on the loader, which has a listed ''base unit weight" of 625 lb, the time to raise the loader to full height at 2,400 rpm is 5 seconds. I repeated this test a bunch of times and got consistent results. I did notice that I didn't need to pull the loader joystick all the way rearward to achieve very similar times.

In order for it to take significantly longer I needed to barely pull the loader joy stick rearward, just enough to open the valve, but even moving it 1/4 of the range of available rearward motion results in very reasonable lift times.
