Congrats on the L47. Not sure if this is what you are asking but rear remotes are often used with a hydraulic top link, a Top & Tilt, and/or implements that are more complex (seeders, spreaders, etc).

From my previous B3200 I have a 60" York Rake 60" tiller and a 72" aerator I have always woundered ho to get downpressure on the rake but is sounds like i would need more components like cylinders etc.

Top & tilt set if you do much grading. Similar to those pictured.

Lots of different implements that can make use of them.
Rear grading blade.
Box blade with hydraulic actuated scarifiers.
Snow blower with hydraulic actuated chute & or deflector.

That's just a start.

You can NOT get the tractor to press the three point hitch down. For the rake you could get gauge wheels with hydraulic ajustment but once the weight is on the tines that is all you have. Unless you add weight to the wheel mechanism that would add weight to the implement when the wheels are off the ground.

If you are talking about having 2 hydraulic side links and having them long enough that the lift arms lift as far as they can and then push the draft links down, while that will work, for how long is a question. When I say it is a question, I knew a person that did that and broke things internally. The tractors are not designed for that type of use.
You can look at a 40xxR series John Deere and see how they do it, but keep in mind that 3pt down pressure lifts the wheels or at least can take 500lbs ( with a JD) of pressure off of the rear wheels lessening the traction that the tractor has.

Typically it is best to simply have the correct size & weight implement.

ActuallIy I was envisionimg center or side limks pinned to a sold anchor point at the top or pulling down from below. There are numerous OEM examples out there from JD, Farmall, Belarus and others. You would definitly have to be careful designing the anchor point.

The pros and cons of 3pt down pressire have been debated ad nauseum on every tractor forum I have frequented and I will pass on that point :)
