I've owned two open station tractors and now have two cabbed tractors. Unless you're worried about bashing the cab on something (I'm not) there is no downside to a cab other than the cost. Hot and dusty, cold and wet, raining, snowing, freezing, windy, spraying chemicals, etc., ... none of it matters when you have a cab. Not only do cabs increase productivity, I believe they're healthier too since you're not exposed to direct sunlight and many airborne pathogens that require a good mask.
I remember I was pulling the 7ft rotary cutter behind the MX6000 open station in the summer of 2021 getting dust in every nook and cranny, it was noisy, horseflies and mosquitos were biting me, and I was hot wearing a dust mask, goggles, earmuffs and a hat. I realized that there had to be a better way and so I ordered a cabbed MX6000, sold the open station and have never looked back.
I have the smaller sibling to your M7060 but with a recent tune am up to close to 90hp. The only thing I miss now is the F18/R18 since I "only" have F12/R12. Those extra couple of gear ratios do give you more options in terms of ground speed. I will say that if I ever sold the M6060 (I have no plans to do that), I would upgrade to an M5.
Congratulations on your new tractor whether you get the open station or the cabbed model.
