Just purchased a B7100 4wd with 1630 loader $500. 1086 hours .Tractor runs great, loader not so much . I have drained all fluid and cleaned screen refilled with 3 gallons TSC udt premium . Zero movement .
The guy I purchased from said he had the controller apart to replace hoses and isn't sure they all went back correctly . Where do I go to get proper placement . Any information would be greatly appreciated . Thanks !

Re: New to site ,need assistance

ok....
lets get some more info.
FEL did not work when you bought it?
IF HST - does tractor move?
IF not HST- does 3 point lift?
I cannot help you with controller -someone will come back and ask about what type of controller it is.

Welcome to the site, lots of good info and help from many experienced players.
Just a note for your next posts, please try to describe some of the problem in your title with reference to your tractor model.
So something like 1630 FEL on B7100 not operational, it helps get the right people to your problem.
You may wish to download the WSM (shop manual) and operators manual from here, you may need it. http://kubotabooks.com/AutoIndex/in...s/&AutoIndex=56b08f1cee1625ebe3d2f361f579c75e
Exploded parts diagrams can also be very handy and are available here

Re: New here.. 630 FEL on B7100 not operational

First determine if the unit is powered by the on board hydraulic pump (located behind the injection pump), or is it powered by a seperate pump on the front PTO (IE crankshaft).
Is the model a self contained (has it's own reservoir) or does it share the tractors reservoir?

Going to need some pictures of the supply lines to the FEL (both ends) to see how they have it hooked up.

Re: New to site ,need assistance

While I expect something besides incorrect plumbing of your hydraulic lines is your problem (would be nice if it was eh!), I found this reference to you valve which may be helpful down the track at some point

<Have a Kubota B6200 diesel tractor with a B1650 front loader ... the controller for the front loaded got loser and loser. Went to a local shop and the sent me to call a used parts reseller ... no joy. So then went to the dealer and the the hydraulic controller wasn't available ... out of stock. So I went to the local rebuilder and they could not find parts for it. So it was up to me ... the unit is part number 27FABS6M1AB (was actually so dirty that I thought the number was 27FAB56M1AB), and was made by Victor Fluid Power, which was out of business in the 1980s. The people there opened under a new name, called Granite Fluid Power (www.gfpmf.com) but they sold off the 27FAB line to DanFoss. Then DanFoss merged with Sauer and now they are Sauer-DanFoss (www.sauer-danfoss.com) ... but they sold it off to QC Corp (www.qccorp.com). Contacted them and found out that the valve is available for ~$700 as their part number 156B2126. Ouch !! So I then asked for a re-build kit, called a Detent/Float kit ... and that part number is 156B8566 ... and it's under $70. Delivered the parts to the re-builder and for $120 to them, now have a new controller. No leaks ... tight ... works great>
