Hello everyone. I've found a 2001 L2600 for 6,500$(negotiable) that I would like to purchase for cleaning up around the yard. It's only showing 340hrs. which kinda worries me. If it did do a lot of sitting should I be worried about anything as far as seals and hoses? Or could it have been unhooked? Thanks for any info.

Low hour tractors are not uncommon. I would service it and put it to work.

Welcome. I wouldn't be concerned with too few hours. Unless a tractor is being used commercially most homeowners won't average 50 hrs a year.
Upon purchase change hyd. fluids and filters, oil and filter, check antifreeze, grease, and start on your chores.
I've got a 1985 tractor I bought new and it has 880 hrs. on it. Absolutely nothing to be concerned with.

Welcome to OTT East Texan. If it has been sitting long I would what D2Cat said as well as drain the fuel tank, filter and lines, clean and refill.

FEL (front end loader) or not?
Any other implements with it?
If it's:
2wd even with those low hours it's priced pretty high.
2wd with some good implements it's about right.
4wd then it's in the ball park.
4wd and FEL it's priced very good, maybe too good.
4wd and FEL and Implements, it may be too hot to handle.
And like others have said low hours are not something to worry about unless its spent all of it's resting time in the bottom of a lake.
