New BX 2350

I started out looking at a GR2120 and thanks to some of the advice on here and from my local Kubota dealer have found myself with something rather bigger!





Loving the BX 2350 so far....have been putting it to good use already moving a huge pile of wood chips after we had half a dozen trees felled last week. Don't have a mower for it yet but will probably get a MMM in the Spring...we still have the old ride on mower we inherited with the house which we bought three months ago...the dealer serviced it for free to tide us over til we decide which mower deck to go for. It's a very handy combination with the trailer...also have a BLEC box scraper which has a hydraulic top link but haven't used that yet. Have the ROPS folded like that to get it in my garage, though have a couple of pins in it to move it into place w hen necessary

I think when you get your MMM - you are going to find out that it will cut grass just as nice as what you have experienced so far with the rest of the BX!!!

I would highly recommend the 60" - the 54" is nice, but those 6"s are nice when trying to finish up quickly and get down a fence line.

What a cutie! Wax that paint up and keep her inside on those rainy days and she'll last the rest of your life! GORGEOUS property.

In a month or two, you will wonder how you managed without the machine. I could not manage most of what I do on my little ranch without my "Japanese-American made Swiss Army knife on wheels."

No brush gaurd for the front? You will want one with the front end loader . Nice machine and trailer !

Cheib.........you have yourself one dandy machine there! I think that's the first time I've seen one of the Kubota trailers. Enjoy all you do with it!

Thanks Gents....yes not sure what happened about the brush guard on the front but I am sure the dealer will sort it out. We did talk about having one on it! Put about ten hours on it so far....most of that was moving a pretty big pile of wood chips after we had about ten trees cut down. There were a line of five connifers in front of that woodshed you can see in the background....we had them cut down as they were starting to crowd a beautiful 100 year old Hornbeam which the tractor is parked under.

The trailer is made here in the UK, I guess Kubota UK think there is a market for them. Certainly has come in handy....I think I must have moved 20 trailer loads of wood chips and grass cuttings. I now have a pretty big compost heap!

It's a normal ROPS just that instead of the top securing bolts they have put in a couple of pins. My garage is low...stnadard size for a garage built in the 70's...so it's necessary for me to be able to park in the garage (which makes my insurance cheaper. So when I want the ROPS up I just pull the pins and flip the ROPS up and lock it into place.

Yes...you can actually get high sides for the trailer which I think I will be buying for hedge trimming. We have a pretty long hedge at the back of the property which is maybe 150 yards long....intention is to use the trailer on the back of the BX as a platform and hopefully get most of the cuttings to fall into the trailer as we go along.

The people we bought the property from basically did nothing to it in six years and really let it go. I've invested in the BX to make maintenance easier and cheaper (ultimately I hope I can do most it without paying people) and also for some landscaping we intend to do.

What kind of seat is that? I have a BX2370 and haven't seen one like that before. I get bounced around mowing certain parts of my land and that seat would really help.

I'll have a look tomorrow see if I can find anything on it...standard fit here in the UK. Have to say before it was adjusted properly I certainly got bounced around a lot...can't imagine it without it.
