My F150 came with Ford brand, heavy duty but I imagine you would pay a premium for the name. I put Westin on my F250 and they are a quality product.

My truck came with factory running boards. On my old f150 I installed some made by Bully. Had a friend who had westins on his truck. They were good quality as well. Really just depends on what you want to spend

I would start checking local listings like Craigslist. Many folks take off factory parts to customize and sell them off cheap
Westin, good quality and support. The rubber/plastic footpads failed on my van and Westin sent me new pads no charge, no hassle.
I've always run the factory nurf bars, installed by the dealer. Aftermarket Westin seems to get good reviews.
I have N-FAb on my Tundra, really like them. I have the 3 step options, which lets you step up to reach in the bed as well. My only complaint is that one end of the bar is open, so I was always concerned about it getting filled with salt and snow. It looks like you are in Vegas, so not something you need to worry about.

I had Westin on a 2003 Chevy, and liked them. But, they were pretty rusted after 5 winters. Dealer took them off for re-sale on his lot after I traded it. If you're in Las Vegas, not an issue/concern.

I have the Westin chromed aluminum ones on my 2011 F-250 and have no complaints on them. I would have got the factory ones but they fit too close to the body of the truck and forces you to turn your foot sideways to use them.
