Holy smokes I didn't realize I got all these replies already!

Couple of answers to various questions from above:
-The blades are not upside down and I'm fairly sure i got all the washers back on.
-I have been running the tractor at full throttle when mowing. The bx2200 doesn't have an RPM gauge so I run it full power so it has enough.
-There are ruts that run left to right in the picture with the worst circles. So that section of the lawn it rocks the mower quite a bit and I have had to run through that section slower than the rest of the yard.

The grass is still pretty short since we have not had rain in weeks. I water via the nelson tractor sprinklers on about an acre of land so i'm keeping it green but not seen a ton of growth since the last cut.

I think next steps are:
-pull the deck this week, get it propped up and I'll check the blades, make sure everything is tight and the bearings look good.
-I may even swap blades with a spare sharp set and run 2 to 3 passes to see if it improved.
-If not I'll move the scalp wheels down to be just above supporting the deck to see if that helps on the next few passes.

I'll probably not get to cutting before this next weekend so I'll update with my findings. Thanks again for all the advice!

So I finally mowed today. I started by dropping the scalping wheels by a slot and I believe that made a huge difference. Now it still is high enough that the deck is not resting on the wheels but the circles seemed to be cut down by a lot. Here's a comparison photo. I also when looking at the scalping wheels there is a lot more wear on the rears and a lot more play to it. There are a couple photos of the amount of play it has.

It appears that kubota has a new scalping wheel that has a bushing that can be greased opposed to the all plastic ones I have. I think I am going to go ahead and order those, replace all the scalping wheels for next year. I also am going to order new springs for the self leveling bar on the back of the deck since they are a couple bucks as well.

Blades were also a bit dull so that could be adding to the issue and I plan to get a fresh set with the new scalping wheels as well.

Any other thoughts?

Just as an update for anyone that comes along I finally got a solution to this. In the off season I ordered new Bolts and Greaseable Scalping wheels. I replaced all of them this spring and a few of the original bolts and wheels were worn pretty bad. Put the new ones on, greased em up. Here was what I did to fix the issue (outside of getting the new parts)

1. Took the tractor out to a flat part of the yard and set the height I wanted to mow at.
2. Lowered the deck all the way down.
3. I dropped each of the scalping wheels as low as they could go and then subsequently fastened them to the first notch available above that.

Hopefully that makes sense and helps someone else. I will plan to do that each and every time I mow if I change the height (rare)

Now I just have to figure out why the deck keeps falling off the lowing arms on the left side. Did it twice now... There's always something!
