The loader lines should be rated to at least 3500lbs. ;)

Absolutely Ironman2, you know yourself when you drill through something and their is a small space behind it you can feel it...i dont know but it could have been a lot worse as i feel blessed from the lord almighty that it wasnt. I just dont know what some are thinking tho...

Hi Wolfman, question for you. I got the engine all back together and started right up in about 5 secinds sounds good. However my power ateering, 3pt, or any htdraulics are working now. I bbn did remove several lines taking the tra tor apart but i checked and they all seem tight. I drained all the hydro fluid out when taking the lines off and fillednit up with fresh fluud wnd filters. But now no hydraulics....any idea??? Thankyou for all your help...

I would think if you drained all the fluid then you should give it time to circulate to remove all the trapped air. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I've had the same issue with my L3450, loosen the output on the pump just a little bit and it should spring to life, just be quick to shut it off.

If that doesn't do it check the suction lines for a loose hose clamp or fitting.

Thanks Wolfman, this is what i have tried thus far. With the tractor running their is a fair sized bolt on top of the pump im guessing a kind of valve because it has a hole through it in which im guessing fluid to flow. I cracked that a little and fluid sprayed everywhere. I cracked the lines at the steering cylinder and fluid drips out. I tried all tge research i could find and i found a gentleman who had a l3650 who wanted to run rear remotes. And he was asking about running rear remotes and had to run a hose of some sort from his loader hydraulic block which has 3 connects to his hydraulic tank reservoir. He was saying the loaderr needed to be attacted to complete the " circuit" for hydraulic fluid to run.

I removed the loader to do the split for the clutch so it is not attached. Do i need to have my loader attacted to have my hydraulics work? Their are 3 connects that go from the loader block up to the loader. Sorry for the long paragraph just trying to give all the info available.

Awww the answer is in the details. ;)

On the side of the hydraulic block on the frame that the loader valve connects to, there will be a screwdriver slot valve on the side of that block, turn it one way or the other (1/4 turn), one way for the stock three point and the other to bypass for the loader control, this will restore flow to the three point.

Once the loader is back on turn the valve back for the loader to work. :D

Wolfman, i turned the screw #1 in photo and fluid gushed out of #3 connector in photo. I turned the screw back and it quit gushing out. I cracked the nut on #2 line in photo and nothing came out??? So for some reason no flow in that line but turn it the other way and fluid gushes out of the connector...i am a little stumped to say the least...

It looks like it has a line that runs from pump to the block. Then 2 lines back to the 3 point. I did not crack the other line yet to see if their is flo.

Go back to the loader lines and get the line off the loader control that has the male quick connector on it (the one that came off of the bottom fitting), and reinstall that line. Then connect that line to the female above it. ;)
Then you won't need to turn the slotted valve or have fluid gush onto the floor.

Thankyou Wolfman again for all the help...i took the line off the loader control with the male connectior and screwed the other end onto the fitting. (Photo attached) So i do not need to turn the slotted screw correct?
No you don't, that created the loop needed to make it work, You could also turn the slotted selector but it's just a waste of time as the loop does the same thing as selector.

Wolfman, thankyou so much! I fired it up and drove it out of the garage. I put the loader back on. Hooked up the lines but now power steering is very hard to turn it was fine before the loader install. 3pt is working fine...you think the power steering cylinder is bad?

Lift the front wheels off the ground and see if it steers, if it does then it could possibly be a bad center seal.
