Here is two pictures that i took. these picture show where the gear shift is at and will not sure but i notice that this area is not full but i can smell and fill some king of fluid. Not sure what fluids go into this item. I don't have any manuals so not sure what this is. I'm not running the tractor till i get it fixed with new filters and fluids.

Looks like your trans/hyd reservoir. I hope it's not been run dry. I believe either UDT, Super UDT or similiar fluid will work.
will it was started up to get on the trailer and off at the house. im breaking it down to fix it up. this what it looks like right now. Once i get some manual I'll
break it all the way down to see whats up with it.

thanks for the link just downloaded it. Have the part manual but the service manual is all messed up
the service manual comes broken out into about 20 chapters or sections. Have a look for the PDF called "index" and it will show you how its layed out. Dont worry its all there.
