Update - so I also have had intermittent fuel starve issues for several years - turns out those same relays were giving intermittent low fuel pump voltage. Unfortunately they also serve the ECU and killed it which is a big dollar item. Over 6k Cdn later I am back in business. Moral of the story at least for this model - if any suspected relay issues just change them for new. I think I'd have saved thousands if I did that earlier.
