I jst resently bought a Kabota BX-25 for some minor league gardening, and stuff around the house. My question is what type if any Rotary Tiller can I use? Also is there a place I can get one at a resonable price. The PTO only pushes out 17hp and most little 4 ft tillers require 25 I think. Thanks in advance on any insight.

Welcome to OTT Odie from Alabama. Land Pride RTA1550 only requires 17HP. The big thing with tillers is the depth of each pass. Keep the depth small for each pass and 17HP will work.

Yes a 48 incher will work that's what we have for the BX 2360 and like Mick said, take just an inch or 2 off with each pass on new ground, don't try to sump that bad girl in, also go SLOW low range and just creep along until its all chewed up, that might take a bit on new ground but once its all worked up things will go faster. Tillers aint cheap no matter how you look at it, though you might find a good one on C list. Another place to look is everything attachments, they have some good stuff and shipping is free, also if your look through the site they have instructional videos on the stuff they sell. But what ever you do, remember slow and steady until its all worked up then you can go faster, drop it down in small increments until its all the way in. And most of all ENJOY:D

The Kubota manuals are a bit conservative on their ratings, I run a Land Pride RTR0550 on my BX2200 as well as BX2660 and 48" rotary cutter.
