Need advice on Motor for Hydraulic Chute Rotation Mod

I have a BX 2816 front mount snowblower and it seems like this kit from woodmaax is almost a bolt in hydraulic replacement and i would just need Kubota Quick attach couplers. Anyone have thoughts ?

1st thought, does the gear on teh hydraulic motor 'mesh' with the one on the chute ?
2nd thought, what 'specs' for the motor ? Are they the SAME as the OEM unit ?
